Death records should be recorded at the Floyd Co. courthouse or State of Iowa from 1880 to present.

I am not sure if Rudd had a newspaper those years or if Rudd news appeared in the Nora Springs newspaper. If that was the case there are no copies earlier than 1918.

You might check the library at Charles City or perhaps a volunteer would do it for you.
