Trying to locate grave of old friend killed in WW2

FLUENT

I am trying to locate the grave of my childhood friend Edgar Otis Fluent, who was killed in Germany in March 1945 during WW2. The American Battle Monuments Commission has advised me that his remains were repatriated to the US at the request of his parents and he was "buried in a cemetery in Iowa." This would have occurred sometime before 1950. The Fluent family has roots in the Floyd, Iowa area and I believe the name is well known there. I believe Edgar is buried in Oakwood Cemetery just outside of Floyd. Is there anyone who could do me the kindness of checking the cemetery records and advise me? I would like very much to visit his grave. I live in Moline, Illinois, where Edgar grew up, and we were high school classmates and dear friends. Thank you very much.
