Thank you very much for the information. Once the family left the Floyd County area they scattered and for the most part lost touch with one another. I had nothing on William except that my father-in-law said that he thought William had come from that are. Now my husband is the oldest living member of the family (that we know of) and so I am trying to find the family for him and his children and grandchildren.

Since we live in Nevada it is a rather difficult task since I have had so little information. Thanks again!!
