Stanley "Stan" Teepe, 65, of Charles City, Iowa, passed away Thursday, November 24, 2016 at the Floyd County Medical Center in Charles City, Iowa.

A Celebration of Life for Stan Teepe will be held at 1:00 P.M. Sunday, December 4, 2016 at the VFW in Charles City, Iowa.

Stanley Edward Teepe was born May 15, 1951, in Charles City, Iowa to Raymond Teepe. On April 28, 1974 Stanley married Bonnie Jean (LaBounty) Teepe at the Little Brown Church in Nashua, Iowa.

Stan was a construction worker by trade and spent most of his career working at Becker's Home Improvement in Charles City, Iowa until the business closed. He then continued his construction career until he became disabled in 2002. Stan enjoyed fishing, tipping back an occasional Schmidt Light, spending time with his family and especially caring for his fur baby Hailey.

He is survived by his wife: Bonnie Teepe of Charles City; children: Tina Teepe of Charles City, Cory Teepe (Syreeta DeNeut) of Waterloo; grandchildren: Tyler Teepe (Kelsea Sickels) of Mason City and Madison Klemesrud of Charles City; sister: Helen Teepe of Waterloo; and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his Father Raymond Teepe, his Brother Rick Teepe and his Mother-in-law Elaine Hollar.
