Ella May (Wilcox) Robinson – December 24, 1864 – December 12, 1927

Mrs. George Robinson passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Clyde Lines, of Marble Rock, Monday morning. Mrs. Robinson would have been 63 years of age on December 24th. Death was caused by paralysis, with which Mrs. Robinson has been ill for a couple of years.

Mr. and Mrs. Robinson and children came here from Illinois several years ago and purchased the general store belonging to Haynes Brothers, which they conducted for several years, later going to Clear Lake, where Mr. Robinson died two years ago. Following his death Mrs. Robinson came to make her home with her daughter, Mrs. Lines.

She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Velma Lines, of Marble Rock, Mrs. Marjorie Carr, of Dows, and one son, Eugene Robinson of Clear Lake.

Funeral services were held in the Christian church at Marble Rock, Wednesday afternoon, and were in charge of Rev. L. W. Inman. The body was then taken to Clear Lake, where the interment was in the local cemetery there.
