Grace Schlobohm – May 6, 1908 – October 30, 2007

NORA SPRINGS — Grace Schlobohm, 99, of Nora Springs, formerly of Rock Falls, died Tuesday (Oct. 30, 2007) at the Nora Springs Care Center. Services will be held at a later date.

Memorials may be given to Eden Presbyterian Church, 3105 Glass Avenue, Rudd, IA 50471, or the Grace Schlobohm Memorial Fund.

Grace was born May 6, 1908 in rural Rock Falls, to William and Margaret (Buckmann) Schlobohm. She graduated from the Falls Township High School in Rock Falls in 1924.

Grace enjoyed tatting and playing the piano.

She is survived by her sister, Leona Phillips, of Denison; and 10 nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Alvin Schlobohm and Otto Schlobohm; one half- brother, John Wohlers; and one half- sister, Amalia Wohlers Brandau.
