CHARLES CITY, IOWA - Mary June Egos Calpito, 34, of Charles City, died Thursday, March 26, 2015, at Mercy Medical Center North Iowa in Mason City.
A funeral Mass will be held 1:30 p.m. Monday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. The Rev. Gary Mayer will celebrate the Mass.
Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Charles City.
Friends may call at the Hauser Funeral Home from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday, where there will be a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. Visitation will continue Monday at the church an hour prior to the service.

Mary June Egos Calpito was born August 7, 1980 at Davao City, Philippines, the daughter of Rolando and Aurelia (Ragay) Egos. She graduated from D.R.A.HS and the University of Mindanao both in the Philippines. While attending the university she won the National Athlete Award in track. In 2005 she came to the United States.
On August 11, 2012, she was united in marriage to Gen Benedict Calpito. Mary June was currently employed at the Rehabilitation Care Center in Allison. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Her interests included traveling and playing sports. She will be remembered as a dependable, hard worker that liked to take care of the elderly. Mary June was a loving wife, mother, sister and friend.
Living family members include her husband, Gen Benedict Calpito of Charles City; daughter, Sophia Calpito at home; brother, Uligar Egos of the Philippines; three sisters, Jean Grace (Geoffrey) Gifford of Allison, Jeysel Ross Egos and Catherine (Charlie) Sajol both of the Philippines; her parents, Rolando & Aurelia Egos of the Philippines; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Rolando and Gemma Calpito of Charles City; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by an infant brother, Oliver Egos.
