NORA SPRINGS, IOWA - Judy Jo Thomas, 67, of Nora Springs, died Friday January 23, 2015.

A Celebration of Life for Judy was held Saturday, January 24, at the Nora Springs Care Center.

Judy will be remembered by her family for her love of cooking, animals, card games and her family above all else.

She will be dearly missed by her children and grandchildren: Todd Vanfossen and his children, Brandy Anderson (may she rest in peace), Kendra Neve, Jennifer, Terry "TJ", Sydney, Thorn and Annalee Vanfossen; Tina Merriss and her children Cris Stufflebeam and Rod and Brittany Merriss; Tammy Vanfossen and her children Ashley Thomure and Tony Patterson; Tom Vanfossen and his children Andy, Makayla, Justin and Mallory Vanfossen, as well as 12 great-grandchildren.
