Edward Bussey, 65, of 928 Commercial Street, died in Allen Memorial Hospital at 12:40 a. in. Sunday of a heart attack. He was a machinist in the appliance department of Kedmond's Appliance and Furniture Store, 500 Water street.
Born Oct. 16, 1876*, near Charles City, Iowa, he was the son of Nelson and Mary Bussey. On Sept. 24, 1926, he married Addie Hill in Dubuque, Iowa.
Surviving are his widow; one son, Russell, 928 Commercial; two brothers, Jack Bussey, 507 Courtlandt Street, and Philip Bussey, Minneapolis, Minn.; two sisters, Mrs. Matilda Monen and Mrs. Harry Bassett, St. Paul, Minn.; and four grandchildren.
The body was taken to the O'Keete & Towne Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 9 a. m. Tuesday in Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
Members of the Rosary society will meet at the funeral home at 8 p. m. Monday to recite the rosary.
