Funeral services were held on Wednesday at Champion Funeral Home, Osage, for Winfred Erion, 73, who died Monday, February 21, 1983, at the Mitchell County Memorial Hospital, Osage, Iowa.

Rev. Putney will officiate at the service. burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Charles City. Champion Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Erion is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Dennis (Jean) Lobback, Mount Carroll, Illinois; one son, James Erion, Roselle, Illinois; five sisters: Mrs. Ivy Spursbeck, Charles City; Mrs. Raymond (Clare) Lynch, Phoenix, Arizona; Mrs. Fern Waters, Colwell; Mrs. Mike (Violet) Reetz, Pine River, Minnesota; and Mrs. Sylvia Severson, Osage, and a brother, Verne Erion, Winsboro, Texas.
