OBITUARY

Orren William Wallace was born at Beloit, Wisconsin, Sept. 26, 1850 and died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Carl Maxson, near Marble Rock, Iowa, Jan. 31, 1919 of paralysis.

He was the fourth child in the family of nine children of John and Electa Wallace.

He came to Iowa with his parents in May 1856 and has resided here continuously since that time.

Oct. 26, 1890 he was united in marriage to Mrs. Mary Stevens. To this union was born one daughter, Vera who lives to mourn his loss. He also leaves one grand daughter, two sisters and three brothers besides numerous other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services were conducted Sunday afternoon at the home of his daughter by Rev. S.T. Weaver, Pastor of the Methodist church.
