CHARLES CITY, Iowa - Services for Elroy C. Faught, 86, who died early Friday at a Charles City nursing home, will be 1:30 p.m. Monday at the First Congregational Church. Burial will be in Sunnyside Memory Gardens.

Survivors include his wife, Edith; a daughter Mrs. Orville Nelson of Alta Vista; and a son, Bernard of Charles City.

Friends may call at the Hauser Funeral Home after 7 p.m. Saturday, after 2 p.m. Sunday and at the church after 11 a.m. Monday.

TO MARK ANNIVERSARY -- In honor of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Faught of Charles City their children, Mrs. Orville Nelson and Bernard Faught, will entertain friends of the families at an open house at the First Congregational Church in Charles City on Sunday from 2 until 5 o'clock.

Mr. and Mrs. Faught were married on November 25, 1914. They have lived in Charles City since 1936. Their son, Bernard, is the county assessor of Floyd County, and their daughter, Vernell, is the high school librarian in the New Hampton community school district.
