OBITUARY

Willard Holloway Kenny was born at Musselucmaguntic, Maine, Jan. 22, 1844. He was married Sept. 23, 1869, Sarah Caroline Smith. Of this union there were five children, four of whom died in infancy. Mr. Kenny moved to Floyd county, Iowa in young manhood, and has continued his residence here since that time. He was a member of the Church of Christ for many years and leaves a wide circle of friends to mourn his departure. The nearest of whom are his beloved wife, and only daughter, Mrs. Clarence Warner.

Funeral services were conducted at the Christian church Sunday afternoon, by Rev. Kelford in the absence of the pastor, when a large number of friends gathered to pay their respects to the departed. The I.O.O.F. had charge of the grave, using their beautiful and impressive service.
