EVANSDALE, IOWA - Dorothy Mae Moody, 83, of Evansdale, died Sunday, May 8, 2005, at Ravenwood Nursing and Rehab Center, Waterloo.

She was born April 15, 1922, in Charles City, Iowa, daughter of Lloyd W. and Amanda C. Rimrodt Barlow. She married Victor Moody on February 5, 1949, in Dubuque. He died March 20, 2004.

Mrs. Moody worked as a clerk at Woolworths for more than 33 years.

Survivors include two brothers, Roger L. Barlow of Jacksonville, Florida, and Kenneth L. Barlow of Houston, Texas; and three sisters, Shirley Hahn of Charles City, Norma J. Maldando of Houston and Betty L. Hayner of Des Moines.

Services: 11:30 a.m. Saturday at the Kearns, Huisman-Schumacher Chapel on Kimball, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday and for an hour before services Saturday at the chapel.

Memorials may be directed to the family.
