AGED ROCKFORD PHYSICIAN DIES

Dr. E. H. Burnett, 85, Succumbs at Home After Illness

ROCKFORD - Dr. E.H. Burnett, 85, for many years a practicing physician here, died early Tuesday at this home following a week's illness. Dr. Burnett has practiced medicine in Rockford from 1892 until a hew years ago when ill health and advancing age forced him to retire.

He is survived by one son, Prof. Judson Burnett of Havre, Mont. Mrs. Burnett preceded him in death last May.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete.
