Floyd, Iowa, Dec. 31, 1928 — Luther Raymond, 80, a resident of Floyd since a lad of five, died Saturday at his home from pneumonia. He came overland in a covered wagon with his parents from New York state.

One son, Robert, with whom he made his home, survives, and two daughters, Mrs. Hazel Stewart and Mrs. Blanche Johnson, of Floyd.

Services were this afternoon from the Floyd Methodist church in charge of Rev. Mr. Sanner, and burial was in Oakwood Cemetery.
