Rockford, Iowa, Dec. - 28. — Funeral services were held yesterday at Rockford for Lee Mitchell, 80, who died at his home in Cedar Rapids from influenza.

He was the last of, five brothers, all of whom at one time resided in Rockford.

In an early day deceased was identified with the lumber industry in Wisconsin. He was cashier of First National Bank at Rockford and later was general loan inspector for the Northwestern National Life Insurance company.

He is survived by four sons, and a daughter: Frank, Sioux Falls, South Dakota; Guy, Cedar Rapids; Leon, Rockford: Fred, Chicago; Edna, Wyoming.
