Hunn, Henry

Last evening at seven o'clock Henry Hunn, who resided on his farm four and one half miles on the Bassett road, breathed his last. He has been an invalid for the past year, the final cause of death being rheumatism.

He was 67 years of age and has been a resident of Floyd Count since he was a small boy. When nearly 23 years of age he was joined in marriage to Miss Harriet Pelton of this county, and began housekeeping on his farm east of the city, where they have resided ever since. His wife and one child, a daughter, Mrs. Rodamaker survive him, both being present at his death.

The deceased has one brother who resides east of the city, Wm. Hunn, and one sister who lives in Dakota, who will be unable to attend the funeral on account of ill health. Oliver Pelton of Nebraska and Justice Pelton of LeRoy, Minnesota, bothers in laws of Mr. Hunn are expected this afternoon.

The funeral will take place tomorrow morning, at the house at 10 o'clock and at the M. E. Church at 11 o'clock. Interment will take place in Riverside Cemetery.
