Service Date: 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2013, at Hauser Funeral Home.

Jesse William Wilson, 22, of Charles City, died Saturday, September 21, 2013, as the result of an automobile accident.

Funeral services for Jesse Wilson will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Hauser Funeral Home. Pastor Dennis Niezwaag of Saint John Evangelical Lutheran Church will officiate. Inurnment will be at a later date. Friends may call at the Hauser Funeral from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and an hour prior to the service on Wednesday.

Jesse William Wilson was born July 3, 1991, at Mason City, the son of William "Bill" and Bobbie Jo (Good) Wilson. He attended school at Charles City and later received his GED. Jesse worked at various jobs but enjoyed working on motors best. He was mechanical minded and liked to work on motors of all types. Jesse had a great interest in Harley-Davidson motorcycles and was going to MMI in the spring to further his love of motorcycles. His family was very important to Jesse and he looked forward to spending time with his children and family.

Living family members include two daughters, J'Lyne Jo Wilson and Hannah Lillea Wilson both of Charles City; father, William (Julie) Wilson of Mason City; mother, Bobbie (Wesley) Putney of Charles City; two sisters, LeTasha (Tracy) Baxter of Charles City; and Kaylynn Putney of Grundy Center; three brothers, Joshua (Allison) Wilson of Charles City, Garret Putney of Grundy Center and Joshua Trimble of Mason City; paternal grandmother, Doreen Rich of Greenwood, Ind.; maternal grandparents, Jim and Evelyn Good of Shell Rock; four nieces; four nephews; and four godchildren.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Ronald Wilson and Herman Putney; and great grandparents, Duane and Ona Maxwell, Edmond and Lucille Fenneman, and Jim and Gladys Good.
