LAWRENCE - Died at the residence of Mr. N. C. Kotchell in Mason City, Monday, July 22, 1895. Mrs. Nancy P. Lawrence, of consumption, aged 72 years, 9 months and 3 days.

The deceased was born in Oldham County, Kentucky, October 19, 1922. Mrs. Lawrence was the sister to Miles Waller, and mother of Jack Lawrence, of this city. She had been making her home with her daughter, Mrs. Alvan Lewis, near Nora Springs, until about a week ago, when she went to Mason City to visit her daughter, Mrs. Rec Stanbery.

Not finding Mrs. Stanbery at home she was taken to the home of Mr. Kotchell where she died. Her son, of this place, was notified of her death and his wife and Miss Amanda Waller went to Mason City Monday and brought the remains to this city that evening. The funeral was held at the residence of her son, Jack Lawrence, Tuesday, July 23, at 3 o'oclock, Rev. T. M. Evans conducting the services.
