Services for Jeremy Lonergan, 10, of Charles City and formerly of the metro area, will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Champion Funeral Home, Osage, with burial in Osage Cemetery.

Jeremy died of cancer on Monday, January 4, 1988, at St. Mary's Hospital, Rochester, Minnesota.

Jeremy was a student at Jefferson Elementary School.

Survivors include his mother, Susan of rural Charles City; his father, Kirk Swaim; maternal grandparents, Marvin and Marilyn Lonergan of Mitchell; and paternal grandmother, Mary Swaim of Waterloo.

Friends may call anytime Friday at Marvin Lonergan's residence in Mitchell and after 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
