MARVIN C. MULL SUCCUMBS HERE

Funeral Rites to Be Here and at Rudd Tuesday Afternoon

Marvin Chester Mull, 16, son of Mr. and Mrs. Chester Mull who reside on a farm miles northeast of Mason City, died at a local hospital about 3:30 o'clock Saturday morning, following a short illness.

The youth was born of Dec 7, 1925 at Cabooe, Mo. He had resided here about a year and was a member of the Wesleyan church at Rudd.

Surviving are his parents, two brothers, Paul David and Roger Lee, and two sisters, Velma Ruth and Margaret Ann, at home, and the grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. J.C. Darler, Cabooe, Mo.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 1 o'clock at the Patterson funeral home, with the Rev. E.H. Landrey, pastor of the Free Methodist church, in charge.

A service also will be held at 2 o'clock at the Wesleyan church at Rudd, with the Rev. A. L. Nabholz, pastor of the Wesleyan church, in charge, assisted by the Rev. Mr. Landrey. Burial will be at the Rudd cemetery.

MARVIN C. MULL SERVICES HELD

Rites Conducted at Mason City Chapel and Rudd Church

Funeral services for Marvin Chester Mull, 16, son of Mr. and Mrs. Chester Mull, who reside on a farm 3 miles northeast of Mason City, were held at the Wesleyan church at Rudd Tuesday afternoon with the Rev. A. L. Nabholz in charge, assisted by the Rev. E. H. Landrey, pastor of the Free Methodist church of Mason City.

The youth died at a local hospital Saturday following a short illness.

Miss Lois Landrey sang "Safe in the Arms of Jesus", "Face to Face" and "Asleep in Jesus" Mrs. Clarence Budensick, Rudd, accompanied at the organ.

A service also was held at he Patterson Funeral Home in Mason City at 1 o'clock Tuesday afternoon with the Rev. Mr. Landrey in charge.

A quartet composed of Richard Moore, Melvin Spencer, Ramona Spencer and Lois Landrey sang "No Night There." Mrs. R. E. Patton accompanied at the organ.

Pallbearers were Russell Eldridge, Reeve Eldredge, Lloyd Peters, Raymond Morack. Albert Nauman and Donald Nauman. Burial was at the Rudd cemetery.
