Services for Harry "Glenn" Hedden, 66, of 82 Franklin St., will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Chapel East Mortuary with burial in the Garden of Time section of Garden of Memories Cemetery.
Military rights will be conducted at the cemetery by Becker Chapman American Legion Post 138. He died Thursday at his home.
He was born June, 25, 1915, at Nora Springs, son of Harry and Lila Dean Hedden. He married Dorothy Jean Hunt in 1944 in Iowa. They later were divorced. He was employed by Miller Construction Co. for 35 years. He served in the Army during World War II.
Survivors include three sons: Steve of Bozeman. Montana, Michael of Odebolt and Robert of Phoenix, Arizona; three daughters: Mrs. Gienda Lavenz, Miss Phenelepp Hedden, and Miss Vickie Hedden, all of Phoenix, Arizona; four sisters: Mrs. Glen Shaw of Orchard. Mrs. Frank Halama of Mason City. Mrs. George Johnson Jr. of Dunkerton, and Mrs. Bill Eyster of Des Moines; and six grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday from noon to 9 p.m. and Monday from 9 a.m. until service time. Memorials may be given to the Cedar Valley Hospice.
