Funeral of Brown to Be Wednesday in Rudd

RUDD, Oct 1--Funeral services for I.W. Brown will be held at the M.E. church here Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock with burial at the Rudd cemetery. He died Monday morning, having been brought to his home Sunday at his request from the Cedar Valley hospital where he had been for the past week. He was ill for a number of years with diabetes but pneumonia was the direct cause of his death. Mr. Brown lived for many years in Rudd and vicinity. He first married Miss Florence Kennedy who has been dead for many years. He then married Mrs. H. Gray, who survives.
