MRS. KLEEN, RUDD, DIES

58 Year Old Woman Succumbs at Charles City From Diabetes

RUDD--Mrs. Theodore Kleen, 58, died at midnight Sunday at Cedar Valley hospital at Charles City of diabetes. Funeral services are being arranged.

The Rudd woman is survived by her husband, three daughters, Mrs. Clarence Malin of Minneapolis, Mrs. Ronald Shepley of Charles City and Mrs. Ted Johnson of Rockford and three sons, Louis and Cecil of Rudd, and Ted of Camp Bowie, Tex.

Ted, who is in the United States army, was granted an emergency furlough because of his mother's illness and arrived in Rudd Sunday morning.

Funeral Services of Mrs. Kleen Planned

RUDD-Funeral services for Mrs. Theodore Kleen will be held at the Nora Springs Funeral Home Wednesday afternoon. Burial will be in the Rudd cemetery.

Services Conducted for Mrs. Theodore Kleen at Sheckler's

RUDD-Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Sheckler funeral home for Mrs. Theodore Kleen. The Rev. F.F. Darnauer of Rockford was in charge.

Miss Lois Schweizer, Mrs. I.W. Edie, Paul Stalker and Ivan Hartz sang, accompanied by Miss Lois Stalker. Mrs. Paul Stalker and Mrs. Berl Stalker were on the flower committee.

Pallbearers were William Stiles, Fred LaCoste, Louis Clay, Homer Moore, Charles Hess and Alvin Bortz. Burial was in the Rudd cemetery.
