CHARLES CITY, IOWA — Martha Rima, 58, of Charles City, died Saturday, January 5, 2013, at the Floyd County Medical Center in Charles City.

Memorial services for Martha Rima will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, January 10, at the Hauser Funeral Home. Pastor James Grabitske of Cross Lutheran Church will officiate. Inurnment will be at a later date.

The family will greet friends at the funeral home an hour before the service.

The Hauser Funeral Home, 641-228-2323, in Charles City, is in charge of arrangements.

Martha Rima, 58, of Charles City, died Saturday, January 5, 2013, at the Floyd County Medical Center in Charles City.

Martha Trena Rima was born May 9, 1954, at Charles City, the daughter of Dana and Martha (Sullivan) Rima. She received her education at Charles City. Martha married Larry DeBoest and from this union Matthew and Trena were born. They later divorced. She then married Jim Pajer and to this union Michael was born. They later divorced. Over the years Martha worked for Comprehensive Systems. She will be remembered for her love of animals of every kind. Martha always looked forward to spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Living family members include three children, Matthew (Heather) DeBoest of Charles City, Trena Cox of Clear Lake and Michael Pajer of Charles City; five grandchildren, Garred Cox, Dawson Cox, D.J. DeBoest, Trent Cox and Rylee DeBoest; two brothers, Dana (Marilyn) Rima of Wisconsin and Michael (Peggy) Rima of Colorado; and two sisters, Jana (Jerry) Rima of Floyd and Beth Wilcheck of Alaska.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and fiancé, Tubby Cox.
