FORMER RESIDENT PASSES

Mrs. Christina Lacour, for many years a highly respected resident of this vicinity, died Monday morning of last week at the home of her son, Fred Lacour, where she has made her home since the death of her husband, May 26, 1929.

She was 80 years of age. Death was caused by heart trouble.

The funeral services were held Tuesday at the Central Methodist Church in Charles City in charge of Rev. W. F. Belling. Several from this vicinity attended the services.
