DEATH NOTICE:

Charles City, Iowa - Vern Deetz, 83, of 1611 Windfall Ave., Charles City, died Tuesday, October 30, 2012, at Hospice of North Iowa in Mason City.

A funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, November 2, at Fullerton-Hage Funeral Home, 401 Blunt St., Charles City. Father Carl Ries will be officiating. Interment will be at Howard Cemetery in Elma.

A visitation will be held 5 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, November 1, at Fullerton-Hage. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials in care of the family. Online condolences may be left at www.FullertonFh.com.
