WALTER KEIFER

Rockford – Walter C. Keifer, 70, died Monday at the Cedar Valley Hospital, Charles City. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Methodist Church here. The Rev. George W. Baker will officiate. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Rockford with Weaver Funeral Home in Charge.

Surviving are his wife, two sons; Dale, Floyd; Arnold, Rudd; and three daughters; Mrs. Donald Clifford, Nora Springs; Mrs. Duane Norman, Long Beach; Mrs. Ben DeBuhr, Rockford

Walter Christ Keifer was born December 4, 1892 in Shelby County, Ohio, the son of George Washington Keifer and Theresa (Wagler) Keifer.

He married Amy Rosa Warren, the daughter of E. Jay Warren and Emma (Meyers) Warren.
