Minnie Augusta (Brandenburg) Willert – March 6, 1886 – September 18, 1957
ROCKFORD FARM WOMAN DIES AT HOME
Rockford – Mrs. Henry Willert, 71, died Wednesday at her farm home after an extended illness.
She was born March 6, 1886, in Scott Township, the daughter of Carl and Ernestine Brandenburg. She was educated in the schools here. On November 27, 1912, she was married to Henry Willert and they have farmed east of Rockford since.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Ralph, Rockford; a grandson; four sisters; mrs. Pete Stingley and Mrs. Leonard Knoop, Rockford; Mrs. Fried Thiele, Nora Springs, and Mrs. Ralph Boone, Council Bluffs.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at the Zion Lutheran Church here. The Rev. J. G. Bringmann will officiate. Burial will be in the Riverside Cemetery with the Weaver Funeral Home in Charge.
