MOREAN IS DEAD AT CHARLES CITY
RITES FOR FORMER LAUNDRY OPERATOR TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY

Charles City, Aug. 6 – Funeral services for Andrew Morean, 61, will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the Lindaman Funeral Home with the Rev. E. W. Huelster officiating and burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.

Mr. Morean, who had lived in this county all his life, died Saturday night at 11 o’clock at his home, 807 East blunt Street. He had been in failing health for several years, but not confined to his home until recently.

Mr. Morean was in the laundry business for several years before he retired from business.

He is survived by his wife and one daughter; Mrs. Elmer Lindaman.

Andrew Joseph Morean was born September 2, 1873 in Iowa, the son of Gilman Morean and Marietta (Duntley) Morean.

He married Mildred Winterink, the daughter of Chester and Ella (Albee) Winterink.
