Henry B. Eichmeier – December 5, 1877 – May 18, 1949

Rockford – Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Rockford Methodist Church for Henry B. Eichmeier, 71, farmer living four miles northeast of Rockford, who died Wednesday in a Mason City hospital, where he had been a patient the lat nine days.

Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery here.

He was born in Floyd on December 5, 1877, the son of Herman and Caroline Eichmeier. He spent his entire life in the Rockford community as a farmer.

He leaves his wife Florence; two sons; Earl and Dean, both at home; twin brother, Herman Eichmeier, Rockford; another brother; Sam Eichmeier, Charles City; and one sister; Clara Eichmeier, Charles City.

According to the 1925 Iowa Census his parents were Herman Eichmeier and Caroline (Bicker) Eichmeier.

He married Florence Bell Sadler, the daughter of George Sadler and Mary (Anery) Sadler. Her parents names also from 1925 Iowa Census.
