Mrs. Earl (Lucy) McCauley, 88, of Charles City, died on Friday, December 11, 1992 at the Salsbury Baptist Home. Her services were to be held at the Calvary Baptist Church, with Rev. R. Johnson officiating. Burial was to be in the West Side Cemetery at Marble Rock. Hauser Funeral Home of Charles City, was in charge of arrangements.

Lucy McCauley was born on October 13, 1904, at Marble Rock, Iowa.

Survivors include two daughters, Mary Stange of Rockford, and Margaret Kleinschmidt of Harpers Ferry; two sons, Melvin McCauley of Rockford and Marvin McCauley of Mason City. Also surviving are one sister, Gordetta Mosher of Riceville, 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Mrs. McCauley was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one brother and a great-granddaughter.
