Earl N. Staudt, 88, of Marble Rock, Iowa, died on Wednesday, November 24, 1993 at Floyd County Memorial Hospital in Charles City, Iowa.

Funeral services were held Saturday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Roseville. Monsignor W. Brunkan and Rev. P. Schmitt, St. Mark's Catholic Church, Iowa Falls, officiated. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery.

Earl Nicholas Staudt was born on November 23, 1905 in rural Marble Rock, Floyd County, Iowa.

Survivors include his wife, Dorothy, Marble Rock; two sons, Roger Staudt, Marble Rock, and Ronald Staudt, Charles City; three daughters: Catherine Ross of West Des Moines, Marlys Staudt of St. Louis, Missouri, and Karen Trettin of Rockford; and 18 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one infant son; and by five brothers.
