Gladys Tibbitts, 84, formerly of Cedar Terrace North, Charles City, Iowa, died on Saturday, October 22, 1994 at Floyd County Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services were held Tuesday morning at the First Baptist Church in Charles City, with Rev. R. Stoops officiating. Burial was in Sunnyside Memory Gardens, and Hauser Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Gladys Ermil Allen Tibbitts was born on June 20, 1910 at Rockford, Iowa.

Survivors include two sons, Arvin of Charles City and Billy, of Taylor, Wisconsin; nine grandchildren; two sisters, Helen Bluhm of Rockford and Norma Harrison of Granada Hills, California.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a son, one brother and a sister.
