CHARLES CITY, IOWA — Funeral services for Charles E. Dugan, 85, a resident of Charles City for 65 years who died Friday night at the Floyd County Hospital, will be at 10 a.m. tomorrow at the Immaculate Conception Church; rosary at 7:30 p.m. today at the Hauser Funeral Home; burial in Riverside Cemetery.

He is survived by his widow Verna five sons: Percy, Charles G., Dale, and twins, Ray and Fay, all of Charles City; by three daughters: Mrs. Royce Chambers, Mrs. Raymond Bailey and Mrs.
Louis Hagarty, all of Charles City; 36 grandchildren; and 67 great-grandchildren.
