Cheryl Lynn (Arndt) Alden, 38, of Mason City, Iowa, and a former resident of Nora Springs, Iowa, died on Friday, March 4, 1994 following a car accident.

Funeral services were held Tuesday at the First United Methodist Church, Mason City, with the Rev. Merlin Ackerson officiating. Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Memorials may be given to the Cheryl L. (Arndt) Alden Memorial Fund.

Cheryl Alden was born on November 29, 1955, in Mason City, Iowa.

Survivors include her mother, Doris Arndt of Mason City; two daughters, Rhonda Alden who lived with her father in Dumont; Carol Alden, and one son, Roy Alden, both at home in Mason City, and Tammie Cower of Rockwell; two brothers, Robert Arndt of Rockwell and David Arndt of Enid, Oklahoma.

She was preceded in death by her father, her maternal grandparents, and her paternal grandparents.
