Chad E. Foxen was born on January 17, 1972, and passed away on June 12, 1997, at age 25. He was the son of Edward and Phyllis Foxen.
At the time of his death he was engaged to Nicole Frascht.
He is buried in Riverside Cemetery at Charles City.
