Robert Lackore 1920-1962

OSAGE MAN SUCCUMBS TO HEART ATTACK

Osage – Robert Lackore, 42, died of a heart attack at his home near here Saturday afternoon. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. at the Champion Funeral Home and at 3 p.m. at St. John Lutheran Church. The Rev. Edward Lang will officiate. Burial will be in Park Cemetery, Nora Springs.

Born in Thompson, August 19, 1920, he was the son of Roy and Mabel Lackore. He was graduated from Thompson High School and attended Waldorf College and San Francisco Junior College.

He was married to Helen Eggena at Rockford, December 31, 1944. They had lived near Osage since 1948.

Surviving are his wife, two sons, Robert and James, Osage, and his father, Roy Lackore, Nora Springs.
