Charles City, Iowa - Nov. 5 — Mrs. Roda Smith, 70, died Friday morning about 7 o'clock at her home on Wisconsin street. Death came as she slept.

Three children survive, Miss Mildred, teacher in Lincoln school; Robert, Clarksville, and Leon, California.

Funeral arrangements have not been made.
