NORMA JEAN VAN SLYKE

CHARLES CITY, IOWA - Norma Jean Van Slyke, 78, of 1217 N. Grand Ave. died Wednesday (Oct. 31, 2001) at home.

There will be a gathering of friends and family to celebrate the life of Norma and Don, who died in September of 2001, at 2 p.m. on Sunday at Trinity United Methodist Church in Charles City, with the Rev. Dianne Christopher officiating.

Memorials may be given to the Trinity United Methodist Church, Hospice of North Iowa at Charles City site, or the donor's choice.
