SANDRA S. KRULL

RUDD, IOWA - Sandy Krull, 59, of Glendale, Wisconsin, and formerly of rural Rudd, died Friday (June 1, 2001) at her home under Hospice care after a 20-year battle with cancer.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Eden Presbyterian Church, 3105 Glass Ave., Rudd, with the Rev. John Bates officiating. Interment will be in the Eden Presbyterian Cemetery.

Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Champion-Bucheit Funeral Home, Osage, and will continue one hour before services at the church Tuesday.

Sandy was born on September 29, 1941, the daughter of Clinton J. and Dorothy M. (Brandau) Brandau. Sandy graduated from Osage Community High School in 1962.

She was united in marriage to Marvin Krull on November 23, 1962, at the Eden Presbyterian Church north of Rudd. They made their home in rural Rudd. They were blessed with two sons and one daughter.

Sandy enlightened the world with her love for many: children, grandchildren and nursing home residents as a CNA. She and her husband moved to the Milwaukee area in 1993.

Even though the battle with cancer was long and hard, she had a zest for life and perceived every day as a gift.

Sandy is survived by her parents, Clinton and Dorothy Brandau of Osage; her husband, Marvin Krull of Glendale, Wisconsin; a daughter, Pam Carman and her husband, Eric, of Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin, and their two sons, Sam and Zach; and two sons, Marlan Krull and his friend, Denise Petersen, of Mason City and two sons, B.J. and Jordan, and Ken Krull and his wife, Christine Schrage, of Phoenix, Arizona, and their son, Carter Schrage.
