Norma Rottinghaus

CHARLES CITY, IOWA - Norma Rottinghaus, 63, or rural Charles City, died Tuesday (Oct.29, 1991) at home.

Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Immaculate Conception Church in Charles City. The Rev. Roger Katz, associate pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in the Calvary Cemetery.

Mrs. Rottinghaus was born March 7, 1928 at Roseville.

Visitation is after 7 p.m. Thursday at Hauser Funeral Home, 1205 S. Main, from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. Friday, and until 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. St. Theresa's Circle will recite the rosary at 3 p.m. Friday, with a parish wake at 7 Friday night at the funeral home. Memorials may given to one of the local educational or charitable organizations.

Survivors include her husband, Anthony "Bud" Rottinghaus; four daughters, Mrs. David (Susie) Rowen, Eldora, Mrs. Don (Mickey) Cassidy, Center Point, Mrs. Paul (Rita) Hart, Wheatland, and Mrs. Mark (Kathy) Addington, of Cedar Falls;five sons, Frank, Paul and Vince, all of Charles City, and Clair and Tony, both of Ionia; on sister, Mrs. Harold (Mary) Schoenfeldt, Charles City; and two brothers, Paul and Andrew Nixt, both of Greene.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother.
