Dies of Cancer

CHARLES CITY, IOWA - Kenneth Ferch, 46, former Charles City resident died Monday at Veterans Hospital in Iowa City of cancer.

For the past few years Ferch had been a resident of Waterloo.

Funeral arrangements are tentatively set for Thursday morning.

He is survived by his wife, Franny; three daughters: Dianne and Nancy, both married, and Connie and two sons, Dennis and Kenneth Jr., all of Waterloo; his father, Ernest Ferch, Charles City; six brothers: Leland, Harold and Walter, all of Charles City; Dale, Cedar Rapids, and Richard and Burdette, both of Waterloo; and two sisters, Mrs. Burr Tibbitts and Mrs. Jim Chambers, both of Charles City.
