Frank Festel Rites
At Mason City
Wednesday, Oct. 10

A number of local persons attended funeral services at Mason City Wednesday afternoon for Frank Festl, 73, who died at his home there at 11 o'clock Monday morning, October 8, following a 10-month illness.

He was born in Nora Springs on January 27, 1872, but had made his home in Mason City for the past 22 years.

He is survived by his two sisters, the Misses Mae and Clara Festl both of Mason City, and a niece, Mrs. Margarete Sanford of Tacoma, Wash. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister and two brothers.
