CHARLES CITY, IOWA - Donald J. Cox, 48, died on Thursday, Jan. 4, 2001, at 708 S. Main St., Charles City.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Monday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Charles City, with Monsignor Stanley J. Hayek as celebrant. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery at Charles City, with a flag presentation at graveside by the Charles City Ceremonial Unit.

Friends may call from 3 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Hauser Funeral Home, Charles City, where a vigil scriptural wake service will begin at 7 p.m. Visitation will continue from 9 to noon Monday at the funeral home and for an hour before the Mass at the church.

Memorials may be directed to the Hospice of North Iowa, Charles City site.
