Clinton L. 'Lee' Decker

FLOYD, IOWA — Clinton L. "Lee" Decker, 68, 1469 Quail Ave. in rural Floyd, died Sunday (Jan. 17, 1999) at his home.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Grace United Methodist Church, Floyd, with the Rev. Blair Rohde-Frank officiating. Burial will be in the Howardville Cemetery, rural Floyd, with graveside military honors conducted by the Charles City Ceremonial Unit.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the Fullerton Hage Funeral Home, 401 Blunt St., Charles City and one hour prior to services on Wednesday morning at the church.

Clinton Leroy "Lee" Decker was born Oct. 4, 1930, in Garfield Township, rural Hancock County.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley, of Floyd; two sons, Joseph Reick, of Hudson, and Gerald Reick, of Waterloo; six stepchildren, Janice Schmidt, of Nevada, Michael Schmidt, of Floyd, Jeff Schmidt, of Eure, N.C., Melody Harrell, of Cushing, Krystal Johnson, of Floyd, and Mark Schmidt, of Fort Knox, Ky.; 16 grandchildren; two brothers, Wayne Decker, of Leesville, La., and Eugene Decker, of Lexington, Neb.; and one sister, Lucille Fox, of Washington, Ill.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
