CHARLES CITY — Ruth (Mrs. Kenneth) Milligan, 86, a former resident of 1715 Owen St., died Wednesday (Jan. 13, 1999) at the Liebe Care Center, Greene.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Hauser Funeral Home, 1205 S. Main St., Charles City, with Monsignor Stanley J. Hayek, pastor of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Charles City, officiating. Burial will be in Sunnyside Memory Gardens south of Charles City.

Friends may call from 12:30 to 9 p.m. today at Hauser Funeral Home. The family will greet friends from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Visitation will continue from 9 until the service Saturday at the church.

Ruth Pauline (Jensen) Milligan was born Nov. 27, 1912, in Chickasaw County.

She is survived by two sons, Leroy Milligan and Wendell "Mike" Milligan, both of Charles City; four grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and five brothers.
