NORA SPRINGS — Marvin Harry Engels, 60, of Nora Springs, died Wednesday (May 13, 1998) at his home.

Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Sheckler Colonial Chapel, 114 N. Hawkeye, Nora Springs, with the Rev. Richard Pippert of First United Methodist Church of Nora Springs officiating. Inurnment will be in the Riverside Cemetery, Rockford.

Friends may call from 9 a.m. until service time on Saturday at the chapel.

Marvin Harry Engels was born on Nov. 20, 1937, in Rockford.

Survivors include four children, Kelly Fink, of Nora Springs, Cindy Harris, of Lampe, Mo., Kevin Engels, of Fredricksburg, Colo., and Kirk Engels, of Sheffield; seven grandchildren; two sisters, Lois Quade, of Windsor, Colo., and Kathy Fields, of Clear Lake; and one brother, Kenny Engels, of Rudd.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
