ALBERT L. BUMGARDNER

Albert L. Bumgardner, 62, of 1207 Virginia St., died at 9:45 p.m. Thursday of Hodgkins disease. Her had been ill since September.

He was born in Floyd County, December 9, 1894, the son of Willis W. and Ella Bumgardner.

He married Clara Ham at Charles City, July 2, 1915.

He operated and was employed in barber shops in Waterloo since coming here from Charles City in 1919.

Surviving are his father, Willis W. Bumgardner, Omaha, Nebraska; his wife; a daughter, Mrs. Kenneth Granon, 1225 Virginia St.; three brothers, Vern, Cedar Rapids; William Omaha, and Claude, Sacramento, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. George Smith, 637 Kern St., and Mrs. Henry Mehl, Rodeo, Calif.; and two grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Kearns-Dykeman Chapel with Dr. Deane Chapman, pastor of Grace Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be at Midwest Garden of Memories. The body will be at the home until Sunday Morning.
